We Scaled a Manufacturing Workforce With Targeted Hiring Solutions

A growing manufacturing company was struggling to fill high-level design engineer roles that had been open for over six months. As they expanded, they also needed to staff an entire second shift, requiring hard-to-fill operations positions to support increased production.

After proving our ability to quickly fill specialized roles, the company engaged Brightwing exclusively to help with their operations staffing needs. We assessed their hiring challenges and implemented a contract-to-hire model, allowing them to bring on new employees with reduced hiring risks.

Within 45 days, we placed two operations managers in direct-hire roles and filled all eight contract-to-hire production roles, allowing the company to launch its second shift on time. Every hire remains with the company today, proving the long-term success of our partnership.
