Brightwing, the leading Recruiting and Learning Solutions Company, has been named one of the best places to work by the Dallas Business Journal. Now in its eighth year, the Best Places to Work program recognizes the top employers in Dallas-Fort Worth.
To qualify, companies must achieve a best practice score as defined by Quantum Workplace, an independent research firm that administered the employee surveys on behalf of the Dallas Business Journal. The best practice scores are 90 or higher for small companies (10-99 North Texas employees), 87 or higher for midsize companies (100 to 499 employees) and 85 or higher for large companies (500 or more local employees).
“As professionals that are dedicated to creating workplace environments where employees thrive, we know how important it is, especially in today’s economy, to foster an environment that celebrates the personal relationships, passion and growth of our team members,” said Aaron Chernow, Chief Executive Officer of Brightwing. “Through our Tailored Learning Solutions, Turnkey E-Learning Development and Custom Recruiting Solutions, we help our clients invest in their workforce.”
As a distinguished Best Place to Work, Brightwing will be honored at an awards luncheon Sept. 23, and in a special DBJ publication on Sept. 24
Brightwing’s commitment to industry-leading solutions and passion for people is reflected by the numerous awards it receives, including being chosen for the “Metropolitan Detroit’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” for the second year in a row by the Michigan Business and Professional Association and being named a Crain’s Detroit “Cool Place to Work in Tough Times”.
