Brightwing, the leading Recruiting and Learning Solutions Company, has been named one of“Metropolitan Detroit’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” for the second year in a row by the Michigan Business and Professional Association (MBPA). This annual award recognizes outstanding places of employment in the metropolitan Detroit area.
“Our mission is to help organizations create workplace environments where employees thrive,” said Aaron Chernow, Chief Executive Officer of Brightwing. “We strive to live our mission everyday by nurturing and enriching the personal and professional lives of our most valuable resource, our employees. While Brightwing has always invested in people, never before has this investment been more critical for Michigan than in today’s reality. At the end of the day, we as Michigan businesses will all succeed, or fail, because of the people around us.”
The selection of the winning companies is the result of independent research that evaluates each entry in the following categories: communication, community initiatives, compensation and benefits, diversity and multiculturalism, employee education and development, employee engagement and commitment, recognition and retention, small business, recruitment and selection, and work-life balance. Brightwing will be honored by the MBPA in a special symposium and awards luncheon taking place on September 22, 2010 at the Dearborn Inn.
Brightwing has also been named a Dallas Business Journal ”2010 Best Place to Work” and a Crain’s Detroit “Cool Place to Work in Tough Times”.
