In order to earn the distinction of becoming Great Recruiters Certified, recruiting firms were required to meet a set of criteria which included: 1) regularly soliciting feedback from jobseekers and placed talent; 2) achieving an average Great Recruiters rating of 4.6 or higher; and 3) at least 33% of the recruiting team achieving Great Recruiter certification.
