Brightwing Named Crain’s Cool Place to Work in Michigan 2022

Brightwing is excited to announce that we have been recognized for outstanding company culture as #20 (out of 100) of Crain’s Cool Places to Work in Michigan in 2022. This program is sponsored by Best Companies Group, an organization who has specialized in identifying and recognizing great employers to work for for 17 years.

Crain’s Cool Places to Work is a two-step process including an evaluation of a company’s policies, practices, demographics, and benefits as well as an in-depth employee questionnaire. These components identified Brightwing’s long-term goals and whether or not employees felt satisfied and prepared to achieve these goals.
