texas devopsOne certainty we can all agree on is that business needs are continuously changing, evolving and hence have driven the need for Agile methods for software development. Agile methods allow teams to adapt quickly to change and to deliver the highest value first.

Many organizations, in particular large enterprises, are finding that software development is no longer the bottleneck to delivering value (in the form of feature-rich software) to the end user. Instead, what many have discovered is that inter-departmental / BU processes, cultural conflicts, technical and organization debt all erode Agility by impeding the timely delivery of value.
