TROY, Mich. – July 28, 2011 – Troy, Mich.-based Brightwing, the staffing and training company that elevates human performance, has been recognized as one of the coolest places to work by Crain’s Detroit Business. The company will be honored on Thursday, Nov. 10, 2011 at the Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn.

Crain’s received nominations from a large amount of companies this year. Leaders of the companies were then asked to fill out a survey on company benefits, policies and practices. From their responses, 35 winning companies were chosen across five size categories, based on point totals.

In addition to the MBPA recognition, Brightwing in 2011 was named a “Top Small Company Workplace” by Inc. Magazine and Winning Workplaces. It was also named a Dallas Business Journal “2010 Best Place to Work,” and a 2009 and 2010 “101 Best and Brightest Company to Work For” by the Michigan Business and Professional Association (MBPA) and Corp! Magazine.

Brightwing represents more than 550 consultants and clients nationwide. The company has offices in Dallas, Texas, and Weston, Fla.
