Brightwing Named One of the Best Places to Work by Dallas Business Journal

Brightwing, the leading Recruiting and Learning Solutions Company, has been named one of the best places to work by the Dallas Business Journal. Now in its eighth year, the Best Places to Work program recognizes the top employers in Dallas-Fort Worth.

To qualify, companies must achieve a best practice score as defined by Quantum Workplace, an independent research firm that administered the employee surveys on behalf of the Dallas Business Journal. The best practice scores are 90 or higher for small companies (10-99 North Texas employees), 87 or higher for midsize companies (100 to 499 employees) and 85 or higher for large companies (500 or more local employees).
