The Detroit Chapter of The Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), has highlighted Brightwing CEO Aaron Chernow. As the successful leader of Brightwing and lifelong entrepreneur, he has truly helped the Michigan based Recruiting, Staffing and Training Company get to where it is today.

“I have learned to first listen to other’s goals and aspirations for themselves and then create stretch opportunities while supporting them in achieving their goals.” Characterizing his entrepreneurial philosophy as “Persistent,” and possessing a strong belief in investing in the people who work for him and his clients, Aaron has truly been an inspiration to Brightwing (Although too humble to say) and everyone around him.

“When I see people growing and taking risks outside of their comfort zone I get motivated. When someone on my team works hard to overcome their personal resistance to change, it is immensely rewarding.” In addition to a love for personal growth, Aaron has continued to build Brightwing into a company that helps client’s elevate their own people processes and performance.
